What Do You Do?


Did you ever stop to think about what you do all day at work? Are you maximizing your time? Are you spending your time on the best and most productive tasks? Are some responsibilities in your portfolio unclear and overlapping the responsibilities of others? Are there tasks that do not get completed because it is unclear who is responsible to complete them? In order for a company to run smoothly and crisply, every responsibility must be clearly aligned with a specific person with that person taking ownership of it.

We are now in the process of recording all of the tasks that we do. Each member of our team is keeping a running list of all that they do. Once we have the master list of all the responsibilities, we will add to it additional responsibilities and we will redistribute all the responsibilities to make sure that all the important duties are accomplished. We might have to eliminate some tasks if there are too many tasks for our manpower.

Once this process is complete, we will have accountability in all areas of our company and we will we a high performance team.

I am very excited for this project to revolutionize our company.
